Nancy Collamer M.S. is a career counselor and founder of Jobsandmoms.com, a website for professional-level women who are looking for flexible jobs, work-at-home opportunities and innovative work/life resources.

One of the few career counselors with a company devoted to the unique career needs of today's women, Nancy gained national recognition through her advice columns as the “Career Transitions Expert” and “Jobs and Moms Pro” for Oprah Winfrey’s Oxygen Media network. Today, she continues to spread encouraging news about flexible career options through her telephone counseling service, website and bi-monthly newsletter.

Her advice has appeared in multiple media locations including Redbook, US News and World Report, Ladies Home Journal, Fortune, Newsweek, Time, Working Mother, Money and the Wall Street Journal. She enjoys speaking to groups, both large and small, about career strategies.

Nancy holds a M.S. in Career Development from the College of New Rochelle and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina/Chapel Hill. Prior to establishing her private practice, she was the co-owner of an employment agency and worked in corporate human resources.
